Meet The Team
Jonathan Bianco
Managing Director
With over twenty-five years of finance and senior operations management experience, Mr. Bianco holds a diverse background spanning sales trading, mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, private equity, and venture capital. After earning an MBA from Emory University, he began his career at CIBC Oppenheimer as a sales trader, later focusing on merger arbitrage transactions at Bear Stearns and transitioning to private equity at SES Equities. With roles ranging from President and CEO of an environmental oilfield services company to leadership positions in boutique investment banks, Mr. Bianco is actively engaged in sustainable finance initiatives. Holding multiple FINRA licenses, he serves on various boards and has advised the State Department (USAID) on international financial projects.
Timothy Williams
Managing Director
With over 25 years of expertise in banking, investment, finance, and energy consulting at senior management levels, Mr. Williams has carved a distinguished career marked by pivotal roles and notable achievements. His finance journey began at JP Morgan Chase Investments, on to Wells Fargo Advisors, Schneider Electric, and Sunnova Energy. Notably, as the Regional Vice President at C & W Consulting, he led as the primary investment advisor, excelling in managing client accounts and securing funding for both public and private green energy initiatives, while holding multiple FINRA licenses, including 65, 22, 63, and 6. Mr. Williams' influence extends beyond his career, with appearances on major media channels like NBC’s-Today Show, ABC, CBS, Fox News, AMC and ESPN Radio. Currently he is pursuing a doctorate in business administration concerning the energy transition from the Swiss School of Business & Management, further solidifying his expertise in the field.
